Part of the success of the CMP program came from the standardization of parts across a range of trucks
that included 8-cwt, 15-cwt, and 30-cwt. It was also produced with a variety of cabs, and a
multitude of beds that included water and fuel tankers, ambulances and recovery vehicles. Over
900,000 Canadian vehicles were produced within the five years of the war.
