This Goat is owned by Sid Brown of St. Clair, MI., but was displayed at Wolcott by its caretaker, Kurt Kitter.   Kurt told me that it was purchased from Ohio in 2001, and that it came in pieces.   A lot of them!   It took 45 days to check out all the parts, order the parts that where missing, or that needed to be replaced, repainted, or re-assembled.   He continued, "I think that it drives very comfortable for a MV, aside from the engine noise, hearing protection is a must!   You have to pay attention (driving) because of the 4 wheel steering, it re-acts quite differently at road speeds.   The drive train is rather labor intensive (98 lube points) but for the amount of use the average hobbyist gives it, lubing it at the beginning of show season with a good grade of synthetic grease and you're good for the year."
